Bus — Monterey-Salinas Transit

Buses stop on Tyler Street, most at the West Garage, except for those leaving Monterey Transit Plaza, which stop across Franklin Street at Bank of America.

MST Mobility Management Center is located at the West Garage.

Parking

East Garage: Entrances on Tyler Street, Del Monte Avenue, and Washington Street. Daily parking, 590 spots. Pay at ticket machine when entering. Monthly permits available. Bicycle lockers available for monthly rental.

West Garage: Entrances on Tyler Street and Franklin Street. Upper levels are hourly parking, 229 spots. Flat rate overnight and for some events. Pay attendant when exiting (hourly) or entering (flat rate) upper levels. Ground level is free short-term parking, including 2 electric vehicle charging spots. Bicycle racks inside garage near attendant's booth and outside on Tyler Street. City Parking Division office is located at the West Garage.
