This is a shuttle intended for airport employees after BART instituted a $4 surcharge for all riders boarding and exiting at the SFO Station. SFO administration is lobbying BART to waive the surcharge for its employees. That shuttle operates about every 20 minutes between International Terminal and Millbrae Station (bus plaza) until about 1 am.
