Muni Metro
Ticket purchase
Pay cash fare at the Muni faregates on the concourse level. The faregates only take $1 coins. Bill to coin changers are available next to faregates by the attendent booth. Take the transfer from the faregate and keep it as proof of payment.
If you have a valid pass or transfer, enter at the faregate adjacent to the booth and show the attendant your pass or transfer. You can enter through the swing gate (at the side) with your pass or transfer if there's no attendent at the booth.
Boarding trains
Proceed through the faregates and enter the platform level. When a train arrives, look at the headsign for train destination.
