This route provides dedicated connection between San Francisco and Capitol Corridor, San Joaquin, Coast Starlight, California Zephyr trains in Emeryville and Oakland. An alternative to a bus connection to San Francisco is to transfer from Amtrak to BART at Richmond Station.
