Station entrances

  • John Daly & DeLong St (main vehicular entrance into parking and drop off area)
  • St Charles Ave south of Belle Ave (main access to and from San Francisco, parking is provided off St Charles Ave across I-280 from the station)
  • Junipero Serra Blvd south of John Daly Blvd (via underground walkway, parking is provided off Junipero Serra Blvd)

Paying the fare

Ticket machines for BART are located at the ground level station concourse.

Boarding the train

This station features center platforms and a side platform.

Platform 3 (side platform): to Millbrae, to SFO
Platform 1 and 2: to San Francisco and East Bay.

See overhead destination sign to see which train is departing from which track.

Bicycle restrictions

Weekdays approximately 7:05 to 9:00 am, bikes are allowed in this station only for trips toward Daly City, SFO, and Millbrae. On weekdays approximately 4:30 to 6:10 pm, bicycles are allowed in this station only for trips to Civic Center Station.

All buses depart from the bus plaza east of the station concourse.

Muni

When transferring from BART, you can get a BART to Muni transfer before leaving the paid area. The transfer provides free rides only on the following Muni buses. After the transfer is issued, it is good for boarding at Daly City within 1 hour, and good for boarding elsewhere within 24 hours.
