TriMet MAX

There are two routes through downtown Portland for TriMet MAX Light Rail. The east-west route along Morrison and Yamhill streets is served by   Red Line and   Blue Line. The north-south route along 5th and 6th avenues (Portland Transit Mall) is served by   Yellow Line and   Green Line.


Portland Streetcar

Portland Streetcar North/South Line and Central Loop Line both run along 10th (north) and 11th (south) avenues in Downtown Portland.

Amtrak

Amtrak trains (to Eugene, Seattle, and Vancouver BC) stop at the Portland Union Station by the waterfront at the north end of Portland Transit Mall.

Bus

Most buses to and through Downtown via the Portland Transit Mall on 5th and 6th avenues. Because of the high bus volume, buses do not serve every stop along those streets.
