Caltrain ticket machines and 8-ride ticket validators are located in the concourse below the Caltrain platforms. Trains may depart on any track, verify with conductor for departure time and destination.
On weekends and holidays, there's no train service at this station. Take a shuttle from the east side of this station to San Jose Diridon Station. A valid Caltrain ticket is required for the shuttle bus. Caltrain service at this station is limited, especially during the off-peak times. However, all Caltrain trains serve the nearby San Jose Diridon Station.
