Trips that operate clockwise from Neal Street is designated as 8A. Trips that operate counter-clockwise from Case Avenue is designated as 8B. 8A and 8B alternate throughout the day. Selected weekday midday trips serve Bernal Ave in Pleasanton (peak hour service is provided via the 10 route).
8A and 8B both provide Saturday service. Only 8A operates on Sundays.
