Because it is located in Skid Row, this depot has limited transportation and is not considered safe to walk through. Other Greyhound depots nearby (El Monte Station (Transitway), North Hollywood Greyhound, etc) provide safer and more convenient access to transit. However the other depots do not operate 24 hours so not all buses travel to and from LA stop there.
